Membership Categories Family Individual & spouse or significant other. No charge is made for eligible dependents of the immediate family, provided the names of the dependents are registered with the Club. Dependents include spouse or significant other and unmarried dependent children less than 23 years of age. Entitles the family access privilege to all Club facilities and amenities. Intermediate Individual & spouse or significant other who are under the age of 40. Corporate Corporate Membership with a minimum of 3 memberships. Entitled access privilege to all Club facilities and amenities. Members’ names must be registered with the Club but may be transferable under special conditions. (All Corporate Memberships are the property of the corporation for as long as it exists. Transfer of memberships from one party to another within the corporation must be assigned by a senior executive in writing on corporation letterhead and notarized.) Non-resident Non-resident & spouse or significant other that are in residence in Volusia/Flagler Counties less than 6 months per year and do not receive a Volusia/Flagler Counties Homestead Exemption. All membership fees and dues are subject to Florida state sales tax. Initiation Fee will accompany application form. All dues periods expire annually on December 31. The Club reserves the right to change, discontinue or add membership classes and to change annual dues and initiation fees from time to time as it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.
